Sorry, I'm not a big fan of simulation racer's, its just a poll dude. The GT's were ok, and Forza was pretty cool but I don't think that they have the same ''fun factor'' that the poll refers to.
Mario Kart, F Zero GX, Micro Machines 96'
Formula 1 World Grand Prix for the Dreamcast. So rewarding.For multiplayer, it has to be Diddy Kong.
Out of the games listed I would probably have to go with NFS:Most Wanted. With that being said though, not one of those cracks my top 10.

Burnout off your list. But I think PGR1 and 2 were my favorite legacy racers. Not completely arcade,but style still meant more than tuning and tweaking.
Neither that you mentioned. How could you leave out Mario Kart.

Yeah, sorry to all that preferred Mario Kart and Project Gotham 1 %26 2, and others. Somehow I just forgot about them. I guess either not many played Rumble Racing or not many people liked Rumble Racing, I loved it back in the day, it was really fun. I guess I should've left that one off. I also liked Juiced alot too, apparently I'm one of the select few for that one too. That just goes to show how different we all are.
The Burnout games are just amazingly fun. Every one should give them a try, even if they don't particularly like racing games
