One thing that bothers me a lot isthat somegames arenamed differently in North America and Europe. If you live in Europe and are trying to look up a game that's called ''Music 2000'' chances are that you won't find it or that you might find a game with a totally different name that you might think is some other game.Examples:Music 2000 (Europe) = MTV Music Generator (North America) [What's so MTV about it?]Theme Park World (Europe) = Sim Theme Park (North America) [A theme park world, but it's only for Sims]Chase the Express (Europe) = Covert Ops: Nuclear Dawn (North America) [After you've chased that express, there's a nuclear dawn waiting for you]Canis Canem Edit (Europe) Bully (North America) [What does ''Canis Canem Edit'' even mean, and how is it connected with a boarding school in the U.S?]Why Name Games Different in Different Regions?
Most of the times it is due to marketing or copyright issues. Why Name Games Different in Different Regions?
Canis Canem Edit is Latin for ''dog eat dog'', they changed the name because they thought that ''Bully'' would be too influential on ''younger minds''.Yeah it sucks how they change the names of games, making it difficult to find some if you're unaware that it has a different name at first, there's also Fahrenheit/Indigo Prophecy and Project Zero/Fatal Frame
Different names is bad enough. Region locking is what I really hate.
