So yeah, the part where you get the handle for the lever at the bottom and the statue goes up with the giant ball on top. Then I have to pull a different lever which pushes the ball on top to then clear my path... BUT the lever is already pulled! And I can't pull it again! (probably glitched when I first saw it)Please, I'm stuck, what can I do?God of War (PS2) - can't pull handle / lever! STUCK!

So no one ever experienced this? It's a shame, I was starting to enjoy the game.
is this on challenge of atlas? thats really weird man. turning the lever should move the ball to the back of the titan statue then it should open a path.
Huh, that's odd. It is an amazing game though, so don't give up on it. I can't remember that part.
be more specific, I guess most people here played the game along time ago, including me, be more specific of where that part is and such...there are tons of levers in the games in such :Pyour'e talking about atlas thats holding the ball and you need to make him lift it and then throw it?
I'm almost sure I know where you are talking about - and did not have any such bug.
Yes, I think it's challenge of atlas. I remember when I first explored, I hasn't raised the stature or anything, but I pulled the lever which is supposed to move the giant ball, I must have pressed R2 again as it showed the wall thingy stick out (which pushed the giant ball) because he then pulled the lever but it didn't show the wall... so now the lever is stuck as pulled :(
Dude that happened to me too the first time I played God of War!!! I had no choice but to start the whole game from the beginning...sadly I think you are going to have to do the same :( That glitch is the reason God of War took me like 10 hours to beat on my first play-through!! :x
I have a save, but it's a few hours worth of gameplay behind. It's just kinda' discouraging and I don't feel like giving it my time any more. Maybe one day if I'm bored, but for now I am playing Chrono Trigger.
Yea I know what you mean I felt the same way...but the game is completely worth it!!! I went back immediately and beat it, but I suppose I had more incentive to do so because I had a brand new unopened copy of God of War 2 waiting for me to beat the first one. I bought both games at once upon God of War 2's release.
