need help in jet force gemini

okay heres the deal Ive collected every single tribal there is to be collected and all spaceship pieces except for the stabilizer which I looked on gamefaqs and and it says that once all triabl have been collected you get the last one, well I tried talking to the king several times all I get is ''yes indeed! you're making real progress now. just a few more pieces to go!'' I knowim not loosing it I doubble checked everything and spoke to him ore than once, it just seems liketheres a glitch in the game or what idk im confused can somebody help me out on this???
