Top 5 Extreme Sports Games

I don't come here all that often so chances are this has been done before, but I think it's worth a shot.1. Tony Hawk's Underground (Probably the purist extreme sports game out there, with an absolutely huge trick list, nice open ended gameplay, tons of customization options, and undeniably the greatest park editor ever)2. Skate 2 (Despite some wonky on-foot gameplay, this is the best realistic take on the skateboarding genre yet. Fantastic controls, realistic, open endedworld, great online options with a cool video editor, and best of all- hall of meat--one of the greatest multiplayer games ever concieved)3. Agressive Inline (Criminally under-rated. It didn't revolutionize the genre, but rather perfected it. Arcade gameplay combined with huge, time-free levels--all of which are some of the best the genre has ever seen, and a great personality and sense of humorwhich has yet to be matched by any other extreme sports game)4. 1080 Avalanche (The first game revolutionized the snowboarding genre--this one perfected it. While some prefer the over-the-top style of SSX, 1080 concentrates on extreme speed and racing. The racing is intense, the physics are realistic, and so are the slopes. The environmental work is amazing. It's a short game, but it's an incredible experience while it lasts)5. Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 (This was sort of the height of the extreme sports craze, and was certainly a milestone of its time. The timed challenges are still a blast to play, and the personality is the best in the franchise)Top 5 Extreme Sports Games
