Were any of the 'Tales' games released in Europe?

I've heard alot about these games for a while and despite Tales Of Vesperia being finally released here in like a weeks time (Carnt Wait :D) i was wondering if any of the others have been?
I've looked round loads of local stores and sites like eBay etc., but every single one is pretty much in a different format, mainly American.
If they havn't been released, would you recommend importing any and if so, which ones?

Tales of Symphonia for the Gamecube is available in Europe.Were any of the 'Tales' games released in Europe?
Tales of Destiny for the PS1 was released in Europe, and one more which I don't remember the name of.
Tales of Symphonia for the GC, Tales of Eternia for the PSP and Tales of Phantasia for the GBA. That's all, I think.
