1. Ridley-Metroid Prime2. Yami-Okami3. hmmm toss up between Ganondorf-Wind Waker, Stallord-Twilight Princess, and Twinrova-Ocarina of timeMost challenging of those is Ridley, Easiest is probably Yami.Hardest boss ever faught is the Aurora unit in Corruption. Haven't even gotten that far on hard yet, can't imgaine how bad it'll be.
Meta Ridley from Metroid Prime-Intro was freaking epic.Ganon from Ocarina of Time-Self-explanatory.Bowser-Come on, it's Bowser!

Every Big Daddy's from Bioshock (Hard Difficullity and its becoming a kicka.s boss xD )
Deathclaws from Fallout , well its not a boss , 2 shots with shotgun in his head = death deathclaw xD

1 - psycho mantis/ screaming mantis - both were awesome2 - Dr Robotnik on S%26K doomsday zone - music is awesome3 - Mundus DMC1 - i defeated with 8 of my friends watching and there was much celebration :Dalso funniest fight i had was in GTA:SA where that guy on a ship with a katana wanted an honourable fight, made me panic (didn't know if it was an instant kill weapon) switched to the shotgun and blew his head off.
Although not in my top three the Queen (last boss) of FF tactics for gameboy advanced was a blast to go against. Basically had to fight like 5 bosses from the game all in one battle.

I'd probably pick Ganon from Zelda OoT and Mike Tyson for sure, not sure on a third one though. Maybe Stallord from Twilight Princess, that one was really cool

1. Xemnas last boss in Kingdom Hearts 22. Evrae boss in Final Fantasy X(place in top three because it was hard for me)3. Krauser in Resident Evil 4(that one when you need shoot him)
3. Black Garius -> Because he tries to turn your friends over to his side. During my first run through I was completely unprepared for this and got my butt handed to me by my souped up Qara and Bishop.
