Recommend me some SNES games

Hello fellow Legacy Gamers!



Well, I'm thinking of picking up a SNES soon. I know it's slightly outdated and I should be wanting an Xbox 360 or something along those lines, but I just feel really drawn to the SNES because of all the great games available for it. So, I'm going to try and track one down.



I've done some research, but I still need your help. I'm a huge fan of RPGs, platformers, and action-adventure, and I'll like almost anything else. I've never been picky when it comes to games. I already have a few SNES remakes on the DS and GBA (Kirby Super Star Ultra, Final Fantasy IV, Chrono Trigger, Super Mario World, Yoshi's Island), and I already know some games that I want, but I want you to let me know if I'm missing anything. These games are:

Secret of Mana

Super Mario Kart

F-Zero

Final Fantasy VI/III

Actraiser

Super Mario RPG

Earthbound

Donkey Kong Country

Super Metroid

Megaman X

MAYBE A Link to the Past, but I'll probably get it for the GBA



Yeah, some of these games have been remade and I can get emulators/ROMS, but it's not the same as actually holding the controller in your hands and playing the game. So, any other games I should think of picking up?Recommend me some SNES games

Ill add more, when I think about it.If your looking for an SNES and your good with using Ebay do it. I got my SNES Mini for 30 bucks with 2 controllers and 6 games a couple years ago.
Check out my signautre dude. You have a pretty great list so far....(cept DKC). I think some more Have to Own games are Uncharted Waters: New Horizon, RPM Racing, Metal Marines.
Also must owns are Ogre Battle and Utopia(although I've never played it without a mouse).

I really enjoyed prince of persia and super ghouls and goblins on the snes me and my husband will break out the old systems every once in a while and these are must plays for both of us. Besides that I think you have a good list wish I owned secret of mana. ^_^
